Tele-endocrinology is the delivery of endocrine care through secure video or other approved communication technology. It can be useful for reviewing symptoms, medical history, medications, blood sugar or CGM data, laboratory findings, imaging reports, treatment progress, and follow-up needs when an in-person examination is not required.
Before each telehealth visit, our team helps patients understand what information to provide. If local testing is needed, Dr. Rizvi can review the results in clinical context. If a condition cannot be evaluated safely from a distance, we will recommend appropriate in-person care.
